Expert forum for HR specialists with a thirst for knowledge - SCHUHFRIED presents solutions for the personnel selection of the future


On 28 November, around 50 experts from the HR sector met in the city centre of Vienna. The aim of the "HR Expert Forum" was to create a platform for the exchange of expertise and networking among experts.

In addition, the organisers, SCHUHFRIED GmbH from Mödling, invited a renowned speaker from the HR sector, Prof. Dr. Martin Kersting, to give a keynote speech in which he offered interested listeners solutions to current challenges in HR management, such as the shortage of personnel. He showed the attendees ways to break through their own perception barrier and not to sort out applicants too quickly. The challenges addressed by the speaker are also known to SCHUHFRIED. The company therefore presented itself not only as the organiser of a multi-faceted event, but also as a provider of digital psychological tests for personnel selection.

Digital psychological tests are revolutionising the HR sector

"With our test system, we offer customers from a wide range of industries the opportunity to organise their personnel selection efficiently and in a targeted manner," said Stefan Potyka (SCHUHFRIED) about the company's extensive service portfolio. The participants were able to try this out directly on site or on their mobile devices after the event. This flexibility is made possible by the new test "INT" - the inventory for testing cognitive abilities. Due to the feasibility via smartphones and tablets, HR managers have the possibility to pre-select their applicants regardless of their location, time availability and technical know-how.

Attendees of the expert forum especially appreciated the combination of the captivating presentation with the insights into current trends and the lively exchange among colleagues. Due to the positive response, another expert forum is already planned for next spring.
