The simply designed item material is easy to recognize visually and can therefore be presented up to an old age. In addition, the test can be carried out on mobile devices or with supervisor-supported instruction, if needed.

Therefore, the test is suitable for application in the following areas: clinical psychology and neuropschology, human resources, particularly in the safety & security area as well as for occupational and organizational psychology assessment situations, in the education area and special fields of psychological assessment such as assessment of fitness to drive.

The PRIO is an interest test for identifying academic or occupational interests, for use from the age of 12 onwards. The test allows for a sound assignment of the respondent to professional environments. It is therefore primarily suited for use in the context of making occupational and training-related career decisions (e.g. occupational orientation, occupational decisions, in-house career or HR decisions, selection of schooling and studies, selection of vocational training).

Measures the level and structure of the intelligence in accordance with the Cattell-Horn-Carroll (CHC) model, on the basis of five ability factors (fluid intelligence, crystallized intelligence, quantitative thinking, visual processing and long-term memory). This modular test provides both a quick global overview of intelligence level and a nuanced and detailed assessment. It is used in decision-oriented psychological assessment, enabling specific issues to be clarified accurately and economically. INSBAT-2 is mainly used in the Job & Career areas as well as in academic testing.

Assesses reactive stress tolerance and ability to react under complex stimulus conditions.
The Determination Test is a complex multi-stimuli reaction test involving the presentation of both colored stimuli and acoustic signals to which the respondent reacts by pressing the appropriate buttons on the response panel and using the foot pedals. The stress element of the DT arises from the need to sustain continuous, rapid and varying responses to rapidly changing stimuli. Because test presentation is adaptive, any individual can be confronted with stimuli at a frequency sufficiently high to place him in a situation in which he is over-challenged and can no longer execute the necessary responses. The DT can therefore be used to investigate behavior under various levels of psychophysical stress. The test is used in recruitment for positions with safety-related requirements (safety assessments), in staff development, in clinical neuropsychology, in traffic psychology and in sports psychology.

Assesses logical reasoning as an indicator of general intelligence.
The ability to identify regularities and draw logical conclusions is a very good predictor of long-term success at work. The test is therefore used in recruitment (manufacturing & safety assessments). Use of the adaptive forms enables the respondent’s maximum performance to be identified without either over- or underchallenging him/her. Use of the linear form enables the time required for the test to be more accurately predicted. One test form of the AMT has been specially developed for use in the area of traffic psychology.

Assesses the ability to react under simple stimulus constellations (simple and choice reactions).
Reaction time can be measured for both simple choice and multiple-choice reactions. Light and sound stimulus modalities are available, with a choice of the colors red, yellow or white, so that different stimulus constellations for the measurement of reaction time can be created. These can range in the different test forms from individual stimuli to simultaneous or sequentially presented stimulus combinations. The use of a rest key and a reaction key makes it possible to distinguish between reaction and motor time.

The main fields in which reaction times are measured are traffic psychology, personnel psychology (safety assessments), sports psychology and pharmacopsychology. In recent years there has also been an increase in the use of reaction time measurements in neurology, psychiatry, rehabilitation, and labor medicine.
