Why does SCHUHFRIED enable testing in Proctored mode?

  • Save resources: Neither you nor your test person have to organize and fund a travel journey. It also offers a reliable alternative when on-site testing is not possible.
  • Valid and fair results: The manipulation of test results, for example through cheating, is largely prevented.
  • High test reliability: If performance test tasks were to be published, psychological diagnostics would no longer be valid and fair.
  • Conformity with DIN 33430: According to DIN 33430, unsupervised tests should only be used for screening purposes – i.e. only to eliminate candidates who do not meet the requirements. In Proctored mode, you can conduct a proper examination.
  • Extended diagnostic information: Behavioral observation during test processing is also possible via webcam.
  • Pleasant test experience for the test person: Questions during the instruction phases (e.g. in case of acute nervousness) can be answered immediately.
