Assessment of neurological impairments
Determine a person’s cognitive and affective status individually and objectively in order to identify their current state of functioning. VTS also supports follow-up assessments, planning and evaluation of rehabilitation measures or determination of fitness to drive.
Example: early detection of dementia (CFD)
Psychiatric examinations
Psychiatric patients often display impairments in the areas of attention, memory and executive functioning. Assessing these impairments by means of neuropsychological tests plays an important part in verifying a diagnosis (even in the early, prepsychotic stages of the illness) and planning therapy.
Example: ADHD in adults (CFADHD) or schizophrenic symptoms (CFSD)
Occupational reintegration after accident or illness
In addition to neuropsychological and clinical tests, the VTS also offers work-related testing (such as FCB5 and PRIO)
Psychological assessment provides for a resource-oriented assessment of work-related, psychological and intellectual capacity. Alongside ability assessment (e.g. with reaction tests), the personality profile is also an important area that is addressed. That is why we provide tests to assess social competence, flexibility, team skills, communication and cooperation skills, willingness to learn and stress-related behavior.
