Our motto for many years has been: "Quality through competence"
- That is why the company bears the Austrian coat of arms. This is the highest Austrian award only given to companies that demonstrate a high export quota, first-class creditworthiness, innovative strength, quality management and a high research and development quota.
- DIN 33430 also stipulates that the standard values (Norms) used for suitability assessment are checked for fairness and appropriateness every eight years.
Our research center with two test rooms and a total of thirteen test places, was set up in Vienna, near the university, for empirical data collection and compliance with the established guidelines for quality management.
Various psychological tests are specified for standardization purposes. These are tests that examine skills such as logical thinking, speed of reaction and ability to concentrate, or questionnaires on different personality traits.
