Application

Measures an athlete’s current levels of recovery and strain.
This special personality test provides information on the respondent’s subjectively experienced ability to cope with stressful situations. In psychological stress research it has been observed that individuals in need of recovery differ significantly from fit individuals in the ways in which they deal with challenging situations. The same applies to individuals with high levels of mental and physical fitness. This highlights the relevance of this issue for sports psychology and clinical neuropsychology.

Administration

Using a seven-point answer scale, respondents indicate how frequently various statements have applied to them in the past three days. The statements relate to relaxing and stressful situations in everyday life or in a sporting context.
