Application

This self-assessment inventory is suitable for use in personnel psychology, educational and career counseling and investigations in the field of sports psychology. Because of its strong link to situations, it can also provide suggestions for behavior-modifying and behavior-supporting measures.

Administration

Respondents answer questions about everyday situations.
Using a four-point answer scale, they indicate how likely they would be to exhibit or experience various behaviors and emotions. They also indicate on a five-point scale how satisfied they would be with their particular reaction.
