Assesses physical, mental and social symptoms.
The test can be used to identify symptoms of illness that typically occur in psychosomatic medicine, clinical psychology and psychiatry. The test is therefore used in clinical neuropsychology.
Respondents indicate on a four-point answer scale whether they have experienced various symptoms of illness in the past four weeks. Each answer can be corrected once.

Mental impairments: emotional and cognitive aspects of the symptoms.
Physical impairments: localization and description of the symptoms.
Social and communicative impairments: aspects of social experience and behavior.
